SIZING: Size up recommended
This pair of jeans is slightly smaller in size than usual, and has a close fit around the waist. To ensure a great fit, we strongly advise sizing up. Choose one size larger than you normally wear.

We do our best to ensure that our photos are true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in monitors, digital photography and production variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Our jeans are made to make you feel great and we want you to enjoy wearing them for several years. Here are some useful tips on how to make your favorite pair of jeans look and feel like new every time you put them on.

• Always wash denim items inside out, this will extend the life of color and material
• Wash with similar colors (or separately) as denim tends to give off some color
• Use cold water only if possible, wash them at a maximum of 30C/86F
•  Use a gentle washing detergent
• Use a mesh bag for ripped jeans, as they need a little extra care
• Do NOT tumble dry and do NOT iron them, instead just let them air dry

Don't panic if your jeans feel too tight after washing - after wearing them for a little while, they’ll adapt to your body again. Also be aware of the fact that blue colors will fade naturally in time, as this is a natural characteristic of the dye, which gives each garment an individual look.

HOW TO RETURN

Items can only be returned for a refund. Remember, returns are not free. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Simply follow the steps below within 30 days of receiving your delivery:

1. Contact us first about your return at info@senoritasecretshop.com. Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting us.
2. Wait until we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If it is approved, you will be notified by email. Then you can prepare your parcel and put order form inside as a proof of purchase, and send your returning items to the following address: Raula Goldonija 5, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received returned item. We also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

I you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method of payment, within a certain number of days but not more than 10. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@senoritasecretshop.com .

RETURN POLICY

• We require an order form you get with your order as proof of purchase.
• You are responsible for the return cost.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Our return deadline is 30 days from the time you receive your order.
• The item should be returned in its original condition, that means with the label hanging on, without odours, stains, marks or hairs etc. 
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded
• Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost. 
• The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.
