We ship over Europe. International regular shipping shipping/delivery by HP/Post and Overseas is 5.99 €.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order form as a proof of purchase.

Items can only be returned for a refund. Remember, returns are not free. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • The item should be returned in its original condition, that means with the label hanging on, without odours, stains, marks or hairs etc. 
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded
  • Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost. 
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


To start a return, simply follow the steps below within 30 days of receiving your delivery:
  1. Contact us first about your return at Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting us.
  2. Wait until we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If it is approved, you will be notified by email. Then you can prepare your parcel and put order form inside as a proof of purchase, and send your returning items to the following address: Raula Goldonija 5, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received returned item. We also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

I you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method of payment, within a certain number of days but not more than 10. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
